Our Story

LM New Homes began life as LM Bathrooms, a small independent showroom in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. As our customers’ needs grew, so did our offering. We now help homeowners across Hertfordshire create kitchens, bathrooms, and tiled spaces that feel personal, practical, and well considered, all while keeping the friendly, honest approach we are known for.

Both my wife and I cannot recommend LM BATHROOMS highly enough for the spectacular and stunning job they have done of fitting our new bathroom. We have had much building work done over many years and we can honestly say this is most professional job we have ever seen and had done. Firstly we would like to say a thank you to Spencer the frontman in sales who came to our house and measured everything up, took care of the ordering and kept us informed on a regular basis of how everything was going. Thank you Spencer.

Secondly we would like to say thank you to Max (The Boss) who also came to our house on numerous occasions over the month of February to check on progress and to make sure we were happy. Thank you Max.

And thirdly a special thanks to ALPHONSE the bathroom fitter who carried out all of the work, his workmanship and skills are second to none and he deserves so much praise from LM BATHROOMS. So a SPECIAL thank you to ALPHONSE for his craftsmanship. Yes we spent close to £15000 for the complete refit, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case we certainly did and for us it is worth every penny.

Thank you so much to Max and all at LM BATHROOMS for your professionalism, efficiency, craftsmanship, high standards and customer care. We will definitely be back in the future to see you all when we have the kitchen redone. The guy who carried out the work Eddie and Alfonso were professional and did the work to a very high standard.
